US Partnership on Mobility from Poverty meeting in San Jose’s Mayfair
The US Partnership on Mobility from Poverty, is a collection of 24 prominent scholars and practitioners working together to develop bold new ideas to boost economic mobility for tens of millions of people. Funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Partnership’s collective aspiration is that all people achieve a reasonable standard of living with the dignity that comes from having power over their lives and being engaged in and valued by their community.
The Partnership recently spent a day learning with residents and leaders of San Jose’s Mayfair neighborhood.
